Jonathan Davenport is a prominent minister of a mega church in Indiana. Life was great for Jonathan, his wife Deborah and their three sons, until one cold day in December when Deborah was murdered. Her death left him sad and void.
Two years later, Jonathan falls in love and marries his sister’s best friend, Courtney Davis. Courtney now has to take on the responsibility of being a wife, first lady of the church and mother to three boys. Is this an easy task to fill? Read Courtney’s story and see how she is treated in her church and in her home. Is her faith in God strong enough to make it? Or do trials and tribulations force her to seek God’s strength for the journey. Read her story and you be the judge!
Faith Holds The Key
Faith Holds The Key by Francine Yates is truly an inspirational book at its best, including descriptive characters that become larger than life. As you learn about the uniqueness of each character, you become so entangled in the drama of their lives you don't want to put the book down until you have all the answers. In order to really appreciate what Mrs. Yates brings to the table , you must first read Carrie O and Me. Many of us learn to lean on the Lord for every endeavor, be it great or small, realizing there is power in prayer and faith, there is nothing that can defeat us. Looking forward to more literature from Mrs. Yates. May God continue to Bless you.

Fran Yates has done it again! Her strength is in sharing an inspiring story with characters that
seem real. After reading Carrie O and Me: What A Woman God Made (Yates first novel). I wondered what would happen to Linda and Brandon. This story goes beyond a sequel.
Faith Holds The Key establishes Yates as a Christian author with a mission, and her characters are the teachers. Her heroine, Linda, shows faith, forgiveness and the power of prayer.

Carrie O and Me
I believe leaving a legacy as a Christian is very important, especially for the generations that follow us. Carrie O and Me exemplifies the measure of a Christian woman and godly wisdom. Jesus Christ is the ultimate example of how we should constantly “give and live” our lives so others can see our good works and glorify our heavenly Father.
In this book you will find guidelines throughout the life of Mrs. Carrie, on how to be respectful, kind, giving, loving, and how to handle adversity and disappointments.
The Bible tells us in Titus 2:3-5 that the older women should teach and train the younger women how to live reverently and to teach what is good.
This book is a wonderful tool for workshops. I encourage you to read the book. It is very meaningful and endearing.

This is a fascinating story about the lives of people, young and old. It proves that one person can truly have a positive influence on many people. I personally believe that the Holy Spirit prompted me to pull this book off the library shelf and read it. What a blessing! The author, Francine Yates, has a spirit-filled style of writing about every day life, and the battles we face. She gives us strength with her insight through the eyes of Mrs. Carrie, as well as encouragement from biblical scriptures throughout. Read it and see what you think.

This is a story that touches the soul. Linda could be anybody’s daughter but she’s not. The Oswells could be anybody’s grandparents but they are not. Carrie O and Me could be any old story but it’s not.
James Patterson Editor and Writer
The book Carrie O (certainly, a Titus 2 woman) is a must read for young women as well as seasoned women. The story of Linda and how she used Carrie O’s teachings to guide her through life’s ups and downs is most assuredly inspiring, uplifting and will definitely revitalize your hope in knowing who Jesus is and what a relationship with Him can do in your life. Author Francine Yates is an extraordinary woman of God. Her inspiring messages through her books speak of the life she lives. “Fran” truly loves the Lord and wants to share her passion and joy with others through her writing!
